Terms of service
/ THE FINE PRINT
Last updated: April 2026
This is the agreement between you and MovingCold. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. Read them. We kept them short on purpose.
───
01 / WHO WE ARE
MovingCold is a digital brand operated from the Netherlands. We sell digital toolkits — PDFs and other downloadable systems — through this website. When these terms say "we," "us," or "MovingCold," that's who we mean. When they say "you," that's the person buying or using anything on this site.
───
02 / WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
Every product on MovingCold is a digital file. A PDF, a template, or a downloadable system. There is no physical product. Nothing gets shipped. After checkout, you receive your download instantly — directly on the checkout confirmation page and by email.
You're buying a license to use the file for personal use. You're not buying the rights to it. The content, design, and structure of every toolkit remain the intellectual property of MovingCold.
───
03 / WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT
You can:
- Download the file to your own devices
- Print it as many times as you want for personal use
- Use it for as long as you want — lifetime access
- Re-download it from your order confirmation email if you lose it
You cannot:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the file with anyone else
- Upload it to file-sharing sites, forums, or cloud drives others can access
- Modify the file and present it as your own work
- Use any part of the content commercially without written permission
If you want to use MovingCold material in a commercial context, contact us first.
───
04 / PAYMENT
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your payment details.
Once your payment goes through, your order is final and your download is delivered immediately.
───
05 / NO REFUNDS
This is the part most people skip. Don't.
Because every product is a digital file delivered the moment you pay, all sales are final. Once the download is available, the product has been delivered.
By completing checkout, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for digital content delivered immediately. This is required by Article 6:230p(d) of the Dutch Civil Code, which allows consumers to waive the 14-day cooling-off period for digital products that are delivered before that period ends — which is exactly what happens here.
Translation: when you click "buy," you're telling us to deliver the file right now and you're agreeing that you can't cancel afterwards. Read the product description. Know what you're getting. Then commit.
───
06 / DELIVERY AND ACCESS
The moment your payment is confirmed, your download is ready. You get it two ways:
- A download button on the checkout confirmation page — click it and the file is yours
- An order confirmation email with the same download link, sent to the address you used at checkout
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us through the contact page and we'll resend it manually.
We will not send the file to a different email address than the one used at checkout without verification.
───
07 / YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
The toolkits on MovingCold are designed to help you build discipline, structure, and systems. They are tools. Not magic, not therapy, not medical advice, not financial advice, not coaching.
What you do with them is on you. Results depend entirely on whether you actually use the system. We make no promises about specific outcomes.
───
08 / ACCOUNT AND ACCURACY
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout — real name, real email, real billing details. We're not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information you provided.
───
09 / WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do our best to keep the site running, but we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time. Maintenance, updates, and the occasional thing breaking are all part of running a website. We're not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime.
───
10 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, MovingCold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.
This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
───
11 / CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will tell you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version. Major changes will be announced where it matters.
───
12 / GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be handled by the competent Dutch courts.
If you're a consumer based in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
