/ TERMS — THE SHORT VERSION

You buy a digital tool. You get a personal license to use it. You do the work. That's the whole agreement — the rest below is the fine print that makes it official.

/ THE PRODUCTS

MovingCold sells digital products: PDF systems and a Notion template. Delivery is instant, by email and on the checkout confirmation page, after payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

/ YOUR LICENSE

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license. Use it, print it, live in it. What you can't do: resell it, redistribute it, share the files or the Notion template publicly, or repackage our work as yours. All content, design and systems remain the intellectual property of MovingCold.

/ NO MAGIC PROMISED

Our tools are exactly that — tools. They are not therapy, not medical advice, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of any result. The system works when you work. Results depend on you.

/ LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or what you do or don't do with the tools.

/ THE COLD LIST

Signing up is free, leaving is one click. We can end or change the list at any time.

/ CHANGES & LAW

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies at the time of your purchase. Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands — but email store@movingcold.com first. Almost everything is solvable without lawyers.
