MovingCold sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping, no tracking number, no delivery window, no courier. Nothing gets packed. Nothing gets sent. Nothing gets lost in transit.

Here's how delivery actually works.

01 / WHAT YOU GET

Every product on MovingCold is a digital file — a PDF, a template, or a downloadable system. When you buy one, you get instant access to the file. That's the entire product.

02 / HOW DELIVERY WORKS

The moment your payment is confirmed, your download is ready. You get it two ways:

— A download button on the checkout confirmation page. Click it and the file is yours.
— An order confirmation email with the same download link, sent to the address you used at checkout.

Both are available within seconds of completing the purchase. No waiting. No shipping time. No "estimated delivery date."

03 / IF THE EMAIL DOESN'T ARRIVE

Ninety-nine percent of the time, the email shows up in under a minute. If yours doesn't:

— Check your spam or junk folder first. Order confirmations sometimes get filtered.
— Wait ten minutes. Occasionally there's a small delay on the email provider's end.
— Still nothing? Contact us at info@movingcold.com with your order number and we'll resend the download link manually.

You can also always find the download button on your checkout confirmation page — keep that tab open until you've downloaded the file.

04 / LIFETIME ACCESS

Once you've bought a toolkit, you own the download. The link in your order confirmation email stays active indefinitely, so if you lose the file later, you can re-download it from that same email.

No expiration. No subscriptions. No "access revoked" after 30 days. You paid once, it's yours.

05 / INTERNATIONAL "SHIPPING"

Because everything is digital, MovingCold delivers to any country on the planet where the internet works. No customs. No import duties. No regional restrictions. Whether you're in Amsterdam or Auckland, you get the same file the same way in the same amount of time.
