Everything we sell is digital. PDFs and a Notion system, delivered to your inbox within seconds of checkout. Nothing ships. Nothing returns.

/ THE LEGAL PART

By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). This is standard for digital products delivered instantly — once the file is in your hands, it can't be un-delivered.

/ SOMETHING WRONG?

Broken download link, wrong file, paid twice, can't access the Notion template — email store@movingcold.com and we fix it. Fast. That's not a refund question, that's a delivery question, and delivery is on us.

/ ONE MORE THING

We don't refund "I didn't do the work." The tools work the moment you do. That was the deal on the way in.
