/ PRIVACY — THE SHORT VERSION

We collect as little as possible, we sell nothing to nobody, and we don't keep your data longer than we need it.

/ WHAT WE COLLECT

Your email address and name, when you buy something or join the Cold List. Order data (what you bought, when, for how much), processed by Shopify. Payment data is handled by the payment provider — we never see your card number. Basic analytics (pages visited, device type), to keep the store working.

/ WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Deliver your products. Send you the Cold List if you signed up: one signal a week, no noise — unsubscribe is one click, at the bottom of every email. Meet our legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).

/ WHAT WE DON'T DO

We don't sell your data. We don't rent your data. We don't run third-party ads on your inbox.

/ WHO PROCESSES IT

Shopify (store, checkout, email delivery) and our payment providers. They process your data under their own agreements and EU-compliant safeguards.

/ YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time. Email store@movingcold.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens if you believe we handle your data badly — but email us first, we'll fix it faster.

/ RETENTION

Order data stays as long as Dutch tax law requires (7 years). Cold List data stays until you unsubscribe.
